Environmental Regulations and Services Manitoba has provincial standards and regulations relating to all aspects of environmental control. Regulations are available on request from the Manitoba Conservation Department. Construction Costs Construction costs are dependent upon the needs of individual industries and businesses. The Economic Development Brandon Office, the Construction Association of Rural Manitoba Inc. and individual contractors can assist in the processing of individual requests for information.
